I added some Quality of Competition statistics to the site. You can now see the components of QUALCOMP (that is: opponents' GF/60 and GA/60, both on- and off-ice). Here's On-Ice GF/60:

I have a question, and maybe this is written in a handy FAQ somewhere, and if that's the case, I'm sorry for wasting your time: Is the expression of QualComp composed from how the opponents GF and GA rates to their own teammates?

But basically, Qualcomp is the opposing players' average (GFON-GAON)-(GFOFF-GAOFF).
